 Service GuaranteeRepairs to specific problems found and corrected are guaranteed for 30 days. In the event that new and unrelated problems develop within 30 days of our last service call, additional labor charges will apply.Our Service Guarantee does not apply to equipment problems that result from the mis-use or abuse of the equipment. Please refer to your operator's manual for instructions on proper usage. Parts GuaranteeThe manufacturer's warranty on new replacement parts varies (usually 30 days). The warranty on refurbished, remanufactured, rebuilt, and/or used parts is 30 days. Refurbished parts may be the only available parts once the machine is 5 years old.ConsumablesConsumable items such as toner, drum, and film cartridges are supply items deemed to be in good working order at the time of delivery. In the event of a problem with consumables, the item will be returned to the manufacturer for their evaluation and possible replacement. |
